What a Brutal Bike Ride Taught Me About Podcasting
OK, I’ve got my whispr flow powered up, which means this probably will be long, but I had a “Fun” experience yesterday riding my bike, and like everything in my life, I related it to podcasting
I Want To Ride My Bicycle
The plan was simple.
It was a beautiful day in Ohio, pushing close to 80 degrees, and I was determined to get my bike rack back on the car, drive to one of my favorite riding spots near the Ohio & Erie Canal, and enjoy the kind of ride that clears your head and fills your lungs.
On the way there, I noticed I had driven 15 miles to get to the trail. Naturally, I decided that meant I should ride 15 miles too. That felt fair.
But somewhere around six miles in (and feeling tired), I saw a sign for Brandywine Falls.
I had seen pictures of it before. It always looked incredible. So I did what many of us do when something interesting appears just off the planned route: I turned.
